Shipping Info
If you order a product that requires shipping, please note that all Tips.Net shipping is done via US Mail. Shipments will be sent either First Class or Media Mail, as appropriate.
We try very hard to ship orders by the next business day after receipt. Most of the time we are successful, but not always.
Our goal is to keep shipping and handling costs as low as possible. The cost will vary, depending on the number of shippable items you order. For example, if you order a single CD item, the cost will be approximately $4.34. Each additional CD item in the same order will add approximately $0.65 to the shipping and handling costs. Thus, two CD items would be $4.99, three would be $5.64, etc.

Semi-monthly Time Sheet
If you need to keep track of hours worked, you know that it can be a hassle to do so in an understandable format. Many people use a spreadsheet program (such as Excel) to keep track of employee time, but setting up a usable timesheet can be a real hassle.
Here's a worksheet that can save you time and effort. This Excel workbook provides an easy way to keep track of the hours worked during a semi-monthly pay period by an individual. (The pay period runs from the 1st through the 15th or from the 16th through the end of the month.) All the layout, formulas, and formatting have been done!
This timesheet template is completely customizable and includes notes on how to best use it. In addition, it
includes the following features:
- Allows you to enter your company name, the employee name, department, and supervisor.
- Allows you to specify both regular and overtime pay rates.
- Calculates the days and dates in the pay period. (You enter the starting date for the pay period and the worksheet calculates the days and dates.)
- Enter start and stop times for up to three work periods during each day.
- Totals hours worked for each day.
- Calculates gross wages based upon the times entered.
- Calculates overtime based on the number of work days (Monday through Friday) in the pay period.
- Prompts you for missing and incorrect data.
- Shows total hours worked in both hours/minutes and decimal hours.
- Provides spaces for both employee and supervisor signatures.
- When printed, the timesheet fits on one sheet of paper in portrait orientation.
This timesheet is provided in Excel 97-2003 format. It can be easily used with all modern versions of Excel, including Excel 2007. It can be used with other spreadsheet programs, provided they can read Excel formats.
