Each volume of the WordTips archives includes the individual tips, organized by subject, in an electronic book. In addition, each archive includes the original issues of the WordTips newsletters, in plain-text format. The electronic book version of WordTips is especially helpful. The books are provided in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format and Microsoft Word format. In these formats you enjoy the following features:

• Updated content not originally in the electronic newsletters.
• Screen shots that illustrate what you see in Word as you follow the step-by-step instructions.
• The ability to view, search, and print the book.
• The ability to select and copy sections of text, such as macro code.
• A clear indicator that shows to which version of Word the tips applies.

The Word-formatted and PDF versions are suitable for printing and maintaining your own book of WordTips.

Volumes Available

WordTips archives are published annually, so each volume covers a specific chronological year. (Don't confuse the volume names with Word versions. For instance, the WordTips 2019 volume contains all the tips published during the calendar year 2019, not just tips about Word 2019.)

WordTips archives are available for the low price of only $24.99 each. If you prefer, you can order your archives on CD-ROM for only $32.99. Compare that to regular computer books which can easily cost more for less information. Plus, the WordTips archives give you the power and convenience of having electronic files.

Special Bonus

Longtime WordTips subscribers know that keeping track of what is in the archives can be a challenge. Each individual volume is designed to be "stand alone," so that you can have easy access to a full year's worth of WordTips. What about if you have more than a year's worth, however?

Beginning with the WordTips 2020 archive, I'm including an exhaustive index to the five years preceding the archive.
