Each volume of the WordTips archives includes the individual tips, organized by subject, in an electronic book. In addition, each archive includes the original issues of the WordTips newsletters, in plain-text format. The electronic book version of WordTips is especially helpful. The books are provided in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format and Microsoft Word format. In these formats you enjoy the following features:

• Updated content not originally in the electronic newsletters.
• Screen shots that illustrate what you see in Word as you follow the step-by-step instructions.
• The ability to view, search, and print the book.
• The ability to select and copy sections of text, such as macro code.
• A clear indicator that shows to which version of Word the tips applies.
• Hyperlinks to internal content (in the book itself) and referenced resources on the Web.

The Word-formatted and PDF versions are suitable for printing and maintaining your own book of WordTips.

Volumes Available

WordTips archives are published annually, so each volume covers a specific chronological year. (Don't confuse the volume names with Word versions. For instance, the WordTips 2021 volume contains all the tips published during the calendar year 2021, not just tips about Word 2021.)

I have been publishing WordTips for decades, but I only make the archives available for the previous five years. To get an idea of what each volume contains, click on the volume name in the table below. You will see a complete table of contents for each volume, organized by topic.

WordTips archives are available for the low price of only $24.99 each. If you prefer, you can order your archives on CD-ROM for only $32.99. Compare that to regular computer books which can easily cost more for less information. Plus, the WordTips archives give you the power and convenience of having electronic files.

Longtime WordTips subscribers know that keeping track of what is in the archives can be a challenge. Each individual volume is designed to be "stand alone," so that you can have easy access to a full year's worth of WordTips. What about if you have more than a year's worth, however?

Important Ordering Notes:

If you live in a European Union (EU) country, please do NOT order the CD-ROM. Your order will go through, but I will need to then cancel the order. The reason is simple: The EU requires the procurement of a special shipping license (for the lack of a better term) that makes it onerous and economically untenable for a small company such as mine to ship physical products into EU countries. Please, order the archive download, instead. There are no restrictions (yet) on downloadable products.

If you live in a country that imposes value-added taxes (VAT) and you order a CD-ROM, you will need to pay the VAT when the order is delivered to you. I do not collect VAT at the time of ordering, nor is the VAT included in your purchase price.
